POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATIONS:
2. Collaboration with Lane Bryant - they use plus sized women and promote equality, Lane Bryant could use more publicity as they aren't a hugely known brand, and Victoria's Secret could use the 'new name' of being an equal and fair brand who sends out good messages about body image.
3. Collaboration with SAVAGE X FENTY - SAVAGE X FENTY is a very inclusive, fair and all round equal brand, they use models of all different races and all different sizes as well to show everyone is beautiful in their own skin, this is the point of this brand so would be a good brand to collaborate with as they already have the respect from the public eye and this could be pushed onto Victoria's Secret as well.
4. Sustainability - the consumers could bring in a bag of old clothes/textile products that they no longer want to be recycled by the brand, in return they will get a £5 voucher of their next purchase if they spend X amount, this will encourage members of the public to bring in these bags of products so they can get money off their shop, the brand can then recycle the items and reuse them to make their own products, these products the are made of the recycled materials will have a label on, campaign photos and a name so that it is made obvious to the public eye that they are becoming sustainable.
5. An App - the brand could create a mobile app, this would make it easier and more likely for people to shop on the site, 54% of people shop on apps on their phone rather than online on a computer or in a store, so it is vital that Victoria's Secret get up to date with the latest technology in order to bring in more business into the brand.
6. Fashion Shows - the brand should include plus sized models in the fashion shows and just all models of different sizes to increase view rates back up, 2018 was their least successful year for view rates on their fashion shows and if they were to include equality and diversity within their shows people may watch them again as they would gain more respect for them, the would see Victoria's Secret as an unequal brand because they have all of these brands to compare it to who have good morals such as SAVAGE X FENTY and Lane Bryant.
